Resiklo (Review by MUVIMAN)

Resiklo (Recycle)

This is the time i think i should be saying I'm not a Filipino i absolutely would not recommend this big mouthed recycled movie!!! at the start till the end they were obviously trying to copy the ideas of The Transformers from the revolving arm to the meteor supposedly hitting the planet. Resiklo (recycle) is ironic on the title, and I'm sure, when any of the International critics watch this movie, they will surely laugh at it declaring us once again, the Filipinos, to be scavengers of other productions success. the Robots on the movie in the first place looks like recycled Parts from the remains of the Transformer robots they hardly even rotate their arms!!! the walking is too slow, as if 10 frames/second or LESS!!!

they should have just been humble on the first place not declaring in the public that they can compete with international movies. This movie should not be in my own words appear in the MMFF for disciplinary action of wrong publicity and advertisement.
Transformers were not even boastful of their effects and advertisement, i actually found their trailer not interesting, because i wasn't even a Transformers fan at all, but after seeing the movie due to Friend's Urge, i even cant handle the fact that I'm in the real world without robots, i even made jokes with my friends saying that "a pedicab might transform so be careful." that's how that movie influenced me for sometime, making me watch it 3 times in the cinema before i stopped watching and get over it.

But this Resiklo, i felt Ill on my sit & i want to walk out if i just don't have someone with me who might call me "KJ" so i still watched half my eye open. pretending to be watching. i really felt the pain of paying 130PHP for this movie and i just hope i waited a while to watch it in Youtube for free because i will not continue watching it at all.Oh, no!!! i think i should say they should have paid me for watching this disgusting movie on the first place. However, this review i think is enough to announce to people not to patronize IMUS PRODUCTIONS produced movies or the 2nd RESIKLO if there may. now i understand why people want Pirated DVDs/VCDs its because its really not worth the money. and Oh!!! in case i just knew resiklo has been this devastating, i wouldn't even bother Buying a Pirated Copy of this!!!

Enough of those Effects, lets go to the storyline and meaning of the Title: Resiklo. Resiklo as mentioned above is a pinoy term for Recycle and i congratulate them for bringing it to my vocabulary for i don't know this word, but is 130PHP worth that Definition? if i only knew, i will be paying so high for this, i should have asked my friends first of the definition so that i wouldn't be watching this movie sayang 130Php, it really hurt my pocket.

the story i cant remember because it was so un interesting im half awake. but i remembered one thing, this movie is so Pro-Revilla its no doubt that they were advertising for the Revilla brothers, for god sake i can only see bong and his 2 son in this movie.

Advertisements are supposed to be made in TV commercials and in cinemas but not while the movie is running!!! it seems they were lacking the fundamentals and ethics in movie making and media. the deed to be not biased be fair to all party. i just felt watching an advertisement of revilla father and sons Inc., and they should pay me for watching their advertisement.

Tomorrow and the Days to come, i will watch more movies, made by Filipinos for the Filipinos and watch-out for my coming comments. have a nice day!!!

its my job as a critic to watch/try what i am criticizing or applauding for. you cant simply charge someone without being with him/her? its meaningless.. thank you for your comment though

As graphic artist,I know how difficult it is to create 3D models with such kind of renderings and animations. A challenge to all Filipino Artists…

UUnlad din to.

Indeed its true, the effects are astounding compared to panday and other movies before, however, they were so boastful not thinking that critics like us appear in this world, if they have just been humble on the first place baka mapatawad ko pa sila. they were just trying to uplift public curiousity at first, para akong nanood ng advertisement ng Imus about 3D graphics at Revilla Father and Sons Inc., very not my style to pay for a commercial. Get it?

Ans:(I do suport Filipino Movies, kaya nga andito ako as a critic eh without us critics, they will never know where did they went wrong)

Comment: Kung nagkulang man ang isang movie sa isang aspect, tingnan nalang ntin ung maganda dito.

Ans:(hindi lang sila nag kulang, nang-lamang sila ng masa, they were so boastful of announcing that they can be compared with international cgi made movies just to gain public curiousity then all that we saw were their own Company Experimentations and Advertisements)

Comment: Tulad sa movie nato, i’m sure pinaghirapan talaga nila ung visual effects na isang maganda simula para sa Filipino movies.

Ans:( Indeed i know hirap na hirap silang gawin to due to limited resources and experiences as we may see, and i would understand the outcome of this if they just have been humble to the public on the first place, hindi yung para silang naka gantyo.)

UUnlad din to.

Ans: (expect me to support Filipino Movies, I'm just here to comment on my side and what do i think of it. im here to criticize, to let the industry know what they lack and what do they have so much.)
